Printmaker & Textile Artist

I am a printmaker, textile artist and teacher based in Newbury, West Berkshire. I exhibit regularly with Open Studios West Berkshire, Newbury Printmakers, Newbury Art Collective and Textile Art07 and have worked with Rabley Artist Printmakers.

Techniques including collagraph, chine collé, etching, monotype, free machine embroidery, dyeing, collage and fabric ‘distressing’ draw me back time and again. My approach is experimental, and I enjoy stretching the boundaries of what print and textiles mean, combining techniques and trying to remain playful within the technical constraints that different processes impose.

I take inspiration from all around me, but our relationship with landscape and mysterious circles and spheres are recurrent themes.
